What workout equipment (treadmill, ect) wont hurt my friend hip?
Me and a friend of mine are going to a gym soon. I go to the gym 3 -4 times a week and he said he would go with me so im excited. However, he has a hip problem and there are some things he can’t do for to long (in terms of cardio). I was wondering if anyone knows any work out equipment that could help with his cardio and not bother his hip.
They gym treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, and those bike things, is any of those things ok for him to use without hurting his hip?
